As mentioned, this storyline started with a comic-book-cover page. I'm working on making AFH more comicbooky, and along with that I'm introducing a new feature: a letters page! The last page of every storyline, starting with the next one (which will be the Holiday special, so enjoy), will be filled with answers both strange and mystifying.
Just send your questions (and anything else you'd like to possibly see on the page) to askafh at cogeco.net, and I'll pick the ones I can answer or reply to in the silliest ways.
Oh, and the 'alternating' thing will exist after the holiday storyline: sorry, Shadehawk fans, but the season waits for no man.
You might notice this storyline has a bit of a different intro page. Well, with Shadehawk far away from everyone else, the next few storylines will alternate between "Shadehawk" and "Everyone else", and I felt this was a good point in which to change to the new "comic book cover" style storyline title pages. It's like the old covers where they'd have a scene on the cover related to but not actually present in the storyline for shock value purposes. I tried to go for a limited palette with blacked shading. I think it turned out rather well.
Also, you may have noticed a while ago that I've added OhNoRobot transcription to the archives. There's only a few transcribed so far, but I've added the search box here for convenience sake, and to the archive page (which, incidentally, I've finally updated after two years!)
